Dear value customers, please allow 21 days before contacting us in the event of missing or non delivery order. ( UK customers only) ( 28 days for international orders) we use Royal mail postal service and per their postal regulations means that unfortunately we can not follow up on missing items before that time.

Please ensure your delivery address is fill in correctly before completing your order. Failure to do so, we will not take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel whereby incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class standard and international standard (no tracking) if you wish to have your order tracked we have upgrade service available at checkout.
